
An art installation & VR experience at Melt Festival – with Nike & Zalando
At Melt Festival 2019, Nike and Zalando introduced the Air Max 270 React sneaker. Inspired by the shoe’s radically new aesthetic and the bold colors and simple forms of the Bauhaus movement, they created a world that fused color, sound, and innovation.
We were tasked with coordinating the production and setup of an art installation and VR experience to promote the Air Max 270 React at the festival. The experience, named "Big Air with GO", captured the energy and movement generated by the Air Max technology combined with React foam. The VR component was developed by Ali Eslami, while the physical installation was designed by Mamali Shafahi.
With just one month of preparation and 2.5 days of on-site production, we successfully brought a 350 m² installation to life—thanks to our strong network in Berlin and Amsterdam. Alongside Nike, we also created festival content for Zalando’s social media channels.
