Creative Innovation Workshop

We helped Jägermeister accelerate the develop-ment of a new product in an intense three day workshop with the global brand team in Rome.

Brief

To identify the potential of a new product, create a universe for it, and define the go-to-market strategy.

The process

We implemented the ‘Double Diamond’ (Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver) as a creative process, and with this fun and inclusive approach, the Jägermeister team was able to de-velop concrete ideas in the four core areas of naming, activation, rituals and tasting in a timely manny and while leveraging on the core consumer insights.
